Video: Baby survives being thrown from car!

On of Russian highway, the driver of a small car loses control and goes skidding into oncoming truck that smashes into the car's rear, a baby is thrown on to the highway.

The baby, reportedly a 1-year-old, cheated death twice: once when being thrown through the window of the car, and again when a truck manages to avoid running over the infant.

The video footage of the Jan. 20 collision, captured by another driver's dashboard camera, shows the baby being ejected from the smashed Mitsubishi SUV and landing in the path of oncoming traffic. Seconds earlier, the SUV had been struck by a truck after skidding across the icy road and into the wrong lane.

Lying in the road, the baby narrowly avoids being hit by another approaching truck. Traffic slows to a standstill as the driver, identified as 53 year old Dmitry Aliev, rushes to pick up the infant, while the backseat passenger clears the debris from the roadway.

According to Sky News, the baby was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor cuts and bruises.
